Returns, 100-Night Trial & Warranty

We want you to love sleeping with Repose. Every pillow comes with a 100-night risk-free trial and a 3-year warranty, so you can try it at home with nothing to lose.

Sleep with Repose for up to 100 nights from the date your order is delivered. If it isn't the most comfortable, aligned sleep you've had, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price.

Email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number within 100 nights of delivery. We'll send a prepaid shipping label — returns are free both ways. Once your pillow is on its way back, we'll process your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Beyond the trial, every Repose pillow is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — including fill that clumps or the cover seams failing under normal use — for 3 years from the date of purchase. We'll repair or replace any defective pillow at no charge.
