How do I adjust the firmness?
Unzip the cover and add or remove the adaptive fill until the loft and support feel right. Firmer for more support, softer to sink in.
Which size should I choose?
Regular (54″) fits most bodies and beds. Tall (60″) suits taller sleepers and a fuller bump.
How do I wash it?
The whole pillow is machine-washable. Remove the cover for a quick refresh, or wash the entire pillow on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
